1. HOW DO I FIND A PRODUCT?
There are different ways to look for a product until you find exactly what you’re looking for.
The easiest way to shop with us is to search in the categories at the top of the page, depending on what you’re looking for (accommodation, tickets, Valencia Tourist Card, etc.).
Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, enter the name of the product in the search box (at the top of the page) and we will display everything connected to your specific search.
2. HOW DO I BUY A PRODUCT?
- Choose the category and the product you wish to purchase.
- Select the number of units of the product that you wish to buy.
- Add the units and the selected products to your shopping cart.
- When your selection is ready, go to “My purchase” and follow the steps to successfully complete your purchase.
- Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided, stating the order number and the purchase made.
- Print your tickets, have your product delivered to your home or collect your product at your hotel or from one of our tourist offices with your printed proof of purchase.
3. I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?
To apply a discount to your purchase with a promotional code, enter it in the “Promotional code” box in step 3 of the purchasing process.
Bear in mind that only one discount may be applied to each purchase.
Always check the terms and conditions, which you can find on the discount code.
4. HOW CAN I ENJOY THE DISCOUNTS WHICH THE VALENCIA TOURIST CARD OFFERS ON THE REST OF THE PRODUCTS?
When you buy a ticket, a guided tour, a Tourist Bus trip or any of the products covered by the card, remember to add the Valencia Tourist Card to your shopping cart and the discount corresponding to that product will be automatically applied.
5. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES WITH YOU?
No. You can make orders without having to create an account. If you want to receive monthly information about the city and current offers, you can subscribe to our newsletter here.
6. CAN I REMOVE A PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER?
Yes. You can always remove articles that you don’t wish to purchase from your shopping cart, provided you haven’t completed the purchase.
7. CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we cannot change an order once it has been paid for. Nevertheless, you can return your order (See the “Returns and Refunds” section) and make a new purchase.
8. HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email together with a purchase reference number. Should you fail to receive it, get in touch with our Customer Service department on our online chat or by emailing us at email@example.com.
